2022 has got off to an excellent start at SME Advisor, with the addition of two new team members.
Ben Bolebano has joined us as a Health & Safety consultant and has been getting his teeth into client assessments across various industries. Ben has recently graduated with a BSc. Hons. in Occupational Safety & Health Management from Middlesex University and is now starting a Masters degree too. Ben has over 5 years’ experience in managing safe work environments including overseeing works on airports and installations in mines. Ben is based at our head office in Barnham.

We have also recently welcomed Esmee Russell to the SME Advisor team. Esmee is an accredited transformational coach. She helps clients to understand any issues, increase self awareness and work out what to do differently. Esmee has supported clients with all topics from; setting up businesses, to professional and personal relationships.
