Althea is a HR generalist with over 30 years’ experience gained from working within a global pharmaceutical company. She was responsible for HR Services Delivery across the US and UK and has managed significant change initiatives. For the past 7 years, she has been working with small and medium-sized organisations partnering with them in HR Generalist activities as well as strategic initiatives including leadership development and coaching. She has accreditation to work with Myers Briggs and has successfully used this tool when working with leadership teams and individuals. In her spare time, Althea enjoys cycling, hiking and travel.

Jo has a key role liaising between our customers and consultants scheduling things such as safety visits, inspections and policy updates. Arranging events at our offices in Barnham for First Aid and management training. And, is the first line of contact for inbound questions from customers. Jo would like to adopt more rescue dogs and is a bad but enthusiastic dancer.

Kate joined the SME Advisor in 2019 and is now managing all financial, accounting, compliance and administration matters. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym.

Tim will work with owners, directors, managers and their teams to develop and maximise their potential by aligning skills and behaviour to achieve the key objectives within a business. He will provide leadership mentoring and coaching at all levels within a business. Tim has dual British & Australian nationality and is passionate about sport.
