HR PARTNER - Safety Net:
The role of a nominated HR Partner is integral to the smooth functioning of an organisation, ensuring not only legal compliance but also fostering a positive and productive work environment. Their duties can be quite diverse, reflecting the wide-ranging nature of HR responsibilities. It’s important to note that additional interventions in the role of nominated HR Partner can vary depending on the organisation.
Includes 3 hours virtual/phone/email HR Support pcm includes HR PARTNER SERVICES (Below):
Plus:
- Appraisal of existing policies and practices
- Point of contact for employee concerns, wellbeing, or disputes
- Advising on cloud-based HR software solutions
£330.00 + VAT pcm payable by direct debit. Min. 12 months.
Fees for any additional work will be as per our current schedule of services.
HEALTH & SAFETY PARTNER – Safety Net:
The role of a nominated Health and Safety Competent Person is integral to the smooth functioning of an organisation, ensuring not only legal compliance but also fostering a safe and productive work environment. Their duties can be quite diverse, reflecting the wide-ranging nature of Health and Safety responsibilities.
It is important to note that additional interventions in the role of nominated Health and Safety Competent Person can vary depending on the organisation. Fees for this additional work will be as per our current schedule of services.
Includes 3 hours virtual/phone/email Health & Safety Support pcm includes HEALTH & SAFETY PARTNER SERVICES (Below):
Plus:
- Nominated Health & Safety Competent person
- Point of contact for employee concerns, wellbeing, or disputes
- Advising on cloud-based Health & Safety software solutions
£350.00 + VAT pcm payable by direct debit. Min. 12 months.

SME ADVISOR– Safety Net
Combining the services available through both the HR PARTNER and HEALTH & SAFETY PARTNER – Safety Nets including being nominated Health & Safety Competent Person.
The SME Advisor – Safety Net aims to give customers complete peace of mind that advice and services are available to manage their people and work environment in a compliant manner.
It is important to note that additional interventions in the role can vary depending on the organisation.
Includes 4 hours virtual/phone/email HR and/or Health & Safety Support pcm includes HR AND HEALTH & SAFETY PARTNER SERVICES (Below):
Plus:
- Appraisal of existing policies and practices
- Point of contact for employee concerns, wellbeing, or disputes
- Advising on cloud-based HR and Health & Safety software solutions
£460.00 + VAT pcm payable by direct debit.
Min. 12 months.
Fees for any additional work will be as per our Ad Hoc rate.

NOMINATED HEALTH & SAFETY COMPETENT PERSON:

A nominated competent person is someone who has the necessary skills, knowledge, experience and qualifications to manage health and safety risks effectively in the workplace. This person can be an internal employee or an external consultant. The competent person advises the employer but does not bear the ultimate legal responsibility, which remains with the employer or organisation.
